The Junior Bid Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the tender and operations team. The role focuses on tender documentation, compliance tracking, record management, and bid submission support, while offering valuable learning exposure to formal tender processes.

๐Ÿ“ General Administration

  • Perform filing, data capturing, scanning, printing, binding, and document management

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems

  • Manage general administrative support tasks for the operations team

๐Ÿ“‘ Tender & Bid Support

  • Assist with identifying, downloading, logging, and tracking tender opportunities

  • Support the compilation and preparation of tender documentation under supervision

  • Review tender requirements to ensure all mandatory and administrative documents are included

  • Prepare and organise tender packs prior to submission

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Briefings & Compliance

  • Attend compulsory and non-compulsory briefing sessions for learning purposes

  • Take accurate notes during virtual and in-person briefing sessions

  • Maintain tender registers, briefing schedules, and submission trackers

  • Ensure company compliance documents are current, complete, and correctly filed

  • Assist with online tender submissions and physical deliveries when required

  • Manage basic email correspondence and internal communication related to tenders

  • Follow up internally to ensure documents are received on time
