π― Role Purpose
The Junior Designer will support the Marketing team by delivering high-quality visual design solutions across digital, print, ATL, and BTL platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve their craft while working within a fast-paced fintech environment.
ποΈ Key Responsibilities
π¨ Design graphic elements, layouts, and basic animations aligned with creative briefs
π₯οΈ Prepare design mock-ups and present concepts to internal stakeholders

Obtain final approval and sign-off before production
π€ Collaborate with brand managers, copywriters, photographers, and designers
π’ Roll out approved creative concepts across ATL and BTL channels
π Design and update sales proposal decks and presentation materials
βοΈ Implement amendments and corrections to existing artwork efficiently
π Create and manage final artwork (FA) source files
π― Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and previous campaign standards
π¨οΈ Verify technical accuracy of artwork including size, format, and colour codes
π Produce engaging digital designs that meet platform specifications
π Minimum Requirements
π Tertiary qualification in DTP, Graphic Design, or related field
π§ 1β3 years professional experience in a design or DTP role
π A strong, current portfolio demonstrating design aesthetic and completed work
π» Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
π Working knowledge of Apple Mac hardware
ποΈ Understanding of finished art principles and basic motion design or animation
