✨ Role Introduction

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life through impactful visuals. As part of the design and marketing team, you will create compelling content for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across campaigns, publications and branch materials.

This role suits a passionate designer with strong layout experience, an eye for detail, and a willingness to grow under the guidance of senior designers and managers.

🎨 What You Will Do

• General design creation for posters, flyers, merchandise, and marketing assets.

• Develop creative images aligned with the brand’s visual identity and marketing strategy.

• Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs.

• Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects efficiently.

• Update website banners, betting displays and internal communication tools.

• Liaise with branch leaders to fulfil design requests.

• Perform deep-etching, photo editing, and preparing visual assets in Photoshop.

• Prepare rough drafts, layouts, mock-ups and final artwork for approval.

• Coordinate final designs with printers and publishers.

• Manage designs for Game On Soccer pocket guide and Lucky Numbers Results sheet.

• Assist with SBN weekly pages.

• Ensure proper saving, organisation, and archiving of all design files.

• Guarantee that all designs are free from errors, bias or offensive content.

• Support innovation by contributing new design ideas and creative concepts.

📚 Minimum Requirements

• Graphic Design skills with solid portfolio.

• Proficiency in desktop publishing tools.

• Strong layout and Photoshop abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (Advantageous).

• Understanding of brand communication and marketing fundamentals.
