🔧 Key Responsibilities

As a Junior IT Field Delivery Engineer, you will:

• Provide managed print and mobile device support at customer sites.

• Configure, repair, and manage mobile devices and printers.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of IT equipment.

• Resolve application-related incidents as per client specifications.

• Handle installation, moves, additions, and changes (IMACs) efficiently.

• Maintain compliance with SLAs, internal policies, and site-specific safety regulations.

• Participate in 24/7 support rota and occasional overtime.

• Log all support actions using the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.

• Embrace continuous learning and new technologies.
