💼 About the Role

As a Junior IT Field Delivery Engineer, you will attend customer sites to deliver mobile device management and managed print support within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your technical knowledge, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills will ensure consistent service delivery across multiple customer locations.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and prepare mobile devices, manage mobile stock, and triage returned defective devices.

• Maintain, monitor, and support local/network printers and peripherals.

• Resolve incidents related to applications per client specifications.

• Participate in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) projects.

• Accurately log incidents via ITSM tools and meet KPIs.

• Handle parts management (RMA generation, movements, returns).

• Adhere to customer site policies, Health & Safety, and SLA standards.

• Learn and adapt to new technologies relevant to the role.

• Participate in 24/7 coverage rota and occasional overtime.
