**Job Description:**

CJN IT Solutions is seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess a Grade 12 education level or equivalent. The primary responsibilities include:

1. **Support for Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems & MS Office Software:** The candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems and MS Office software to provide efficient support to our clients.

2. **Installation & Troubleshooting of Windows 7 – 11:** Experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems from Windows 7 to Windows 11 is required.

3. **Installation and Configuration of MS Office:** The candidate should be proficient in installing and configuring MS Office applications to ensure smooth functioning.

4. **A+ Certification Advantageous:** Holding an A+ certification would be an advantage for this role.

5. **Customer Service Orientation:** We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions to their IT issues.

6. **Transport Requirement:** The candidate must have their own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license as onsite visits may be required.

**Salary Range:** R8,000 – R15,000 Cost to Company (CTC) per month, depending on experience.
