What You’ll Be Doing

As the Junior Legal Advisor – Commercial Legal, you will play a key role in protecting Nexio’s business interests by managing and executing legal contracts and providing expert advice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.

• Managing contract storage and ensuring all signed agreements are properly filed.

• Conducting legal due diligence to support business initiatives and projects.

• Providing sound legal advice on transactions, commercial risks, and regulatory compliance related to technology services.

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure legal input is aligned with company policies and objectives.

• Supporting the Executive Head of Legal with complex contract negotiations and legal governance.

• Monitoring legal and industry developments to keep the company updated on new laws and their business impact.

• Liaising with external law firms for specialized legal advice when necessary.

• Participating in procurement processes including tender evaluations and contractor selections.

• Ensuring adherence to contract terms and managing non-compliance issues professionally.
