๐ Role Summary
As a Junior Programmer (Statistical Programmer I), you will work within a dedicated client-focused team, assisting in the development and validation of statistical programs to support clinical trial analysis and reporting. You will contribute to accurate data management, regulatory submissions, and the overall success of clinical research projects, while building your expertise in statistical programming and healthcare analytics.
๐ Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, validating, and maintaining statistical programs using SAS, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.

Collaborate with senior statistical programmers and biostatisticians to understand project requirements and support statistical analysis plans (SAPs).

Perform data cleaning, preparation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data.

Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and clinical study reports.

Learn and apply industry standards including ICH/GCP guidelines to ensure compliance in programming tasks.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming processes and documentation.

Bachelorโs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar programming or statistical role.

Experience with R programming language; familiarity with SAS is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Knowledge of clinical trials and data management processes is an advantage but not required.
