Unlocking Key Responsibilities: As a Payroll Administrator at Kargo National, your role encompasses various responsibilities critical to seamless payroll operations:

  1. NBCRFLI Management:
    • Navigate employee annual and sick leave applications with precision.
    • Facilitate AWOL applications with diligence.
    • Contribute to sick bonus, year-end bonus, and year-end leave applications at NBCRFLI.
    • Assist in NBCRFLI D-form submissions and provident fund submissions.
  2. SAGE VIP Expertise:
    • Handle employee leave and sick leave applications efficiently on SAGE VIP.
    • Tackle daily queries from the National Bargaining Council.
  3. Wages Timecards and Overtime Oversight:
    • Scrutinize wages timecards and overtime calculations weekly on KRONOS and VIP.
    • Manage and input new employee and termination details on Kronos and VIP.
  4. Ensuring Payroll Smoothness:
    • Guarantee the smooth running of the weekly wages payroll.
  5. Dedication to Accuracy:
    • Oversee Garnishee deductions weekly, ensuring successful monthly payments and timely reconciliations.
    • Contribute to weekly and monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.
  6. Collaboration and Flexibility:
    • Collaborate on preparing labor broker staff hours and payroll submissions when required.

  • Grade 12 / Matric Qualification.
  • Diploma in Payroll Management is advantageous.
