Unlocking Key Responsibilities: As a Payroll Administrator at Kargo National, your role encompasses various responsibilities critical to seamless payroll operations:
- NBCRFLI Management:
- Navigate employee annual and sick leave applications with precision.
- Facilitate AWOL applications with diligence.
- Contribute to sick bonus, year-end bonus, and year-end leave applications at NBCRFLI.
- Assist in NBCRFLI D-form submissions and provident fund submissions.
- SAGE VIP Expertise:
- Handle employee leave and sick leave applications efficiently on SAGE VIP.
- Tackle daily queries from the National Bargaining Council.
- Wages Timecards and Overtime Oversight:
- Scrutinize wages timecards and overtime calculations weekly on KRONOS and VIP.
- Manage and input new employee and termination details on Kronos and VIP.
- Ensuring Payroll Smoothness:
- Guarantee the smooth running of the weekly wages payroll.
- Dedication to Accuracy:
- Oversee Garnishee deductions weekly, ensuring successful monthly payments and timely reconciliations.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Collaboration and Flexibility:
- Collaborate on preparing labor broker staff hours and payroll submissions when required.

- Grade 12 / Matric Qualification.
- Diploma in Payroll Management is advantageous.
