What You’ll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary link between Cromwell and our National Key Accounts. You’ll have the autonomy to develop lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of national accounts

Retaining and expanding customer relationships through tailored, strategic service

Working with technical experts and local branches to design comprehensive account solutions

Delivering insights, solving problems, and offering consultative sales support

Driving account profitability while enhancing customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic professional with:

A proven track record in B2B sales or key account management

A solution-oriented mindset and the tenacity to deliver win-win outcomes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Industry experience (ideal but not essential)

A valid UK driver’s license (frequent travel required)
