What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across your client base to identify pressing business challenges and align them with FICO’s solutions.

Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to shape tailored, value-driven proposals.

Drive high-level consultative selling and long-term client engagement, ensuring that FICO’s offerings deliver measurable ROI.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles including deal structuring, complex negotiations, and post-sale relationship building.

Develop and execute client business plans that generate consistent revenue growth.

Provide feedback to product development teams, helping shape the future of our technology roadmaps.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, especially within the Banking or Financial Services sectors.

Strong ability to build rapport with C-level executives and influence key decision-makers.

Solid track record in consultative and solution-based selling, with a history of exceeding sales targets.

Strong collaboration skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
