The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (KZN DARD) invites unemployed graduates to apply for its 2026 Internship Programme. This 24-month structured internship runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028, offering valuable workplace training, technical exposure, and professional development across multiple disciplines.

This programme aims to create a sustainable pool of young professionals who can contribute to agricultural development, rural upliftment, food security, and public service excellence in KwaZulu-Natal.

📌 Programme Overview

  • Duration: 24 Months

  • Stipend: Monthly stipend allocated based on NQF qualification level

  • Start Date: 01 April 2026

  • End Date: 31 March 2028

    ✔ South African citizens
    ✔ Must reside in KwaZulu-Natal
