Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Logistics and Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our team in Centurion, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Inbound & Outbound Reconciliation:
Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and reconciled. Validate costing and charges for inbound and outbound shipments while resolving discrepancies in collaboration with logistics and finance teams.
✔️ Shipment Query Handling:
Address and resolve shipment-related issues. Liaise with couriers, customs, and internal teams for smooth shipment processing. Keep a record of common shipment problems and resolutions for process improvement.
✔️ Warehouse Activities & Project Updates:
Provide regular updates on ongoing warehouse projects. Monitor and report on efficiency improvements, space utilization, and workflow optimizations to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
✔️ Cycle Count Completion & Capturing:
Oversee cycle count completion and ensure accurate capturing and reporting of inventory data. Take corrective actions on any inventory variances to maintain accuracy.
✔️ L&D Administrative Support:
Support training coordination and ensure proper documentation for warehouse and logistics teams. Assist with record-keeping and compliance tracking for learning and development initiatives within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
🔑 Experience: Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics roles, with familiarity in cycle counts, inventory management, and shipping reconciliations.
🔑 L&D Coordination: Experience supporting learning and development activities, particularly in an operational or warehouse setting.
🔑 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address shipment and inventory issues.
🔑 Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams, couriers, and customs.
🔑 Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing documents, inventories, and training records.
🔑 Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
🔑 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
