Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Instructor: Cloud Support Specialist, you will:
🎓 Virtual Classroom Leadership
- Prepare and lead dynamic virtual classroom sessions for diverse groups of learners, ranging from 200 to 8,000 participants.
- Deliver content on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network support, helping learners develop essential technical skills.
- Manage class Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain high levels of engagement throughout the session.
🤝 Collaboration
- Partner with Correlation One’s operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Contribute to lesson design, improvements, and curriculum updates, ensuring content stays relevant and impactful.
📈 Course Improvement
- Provide constructive feedback and help refine course material to enhance learner outcomes.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and supportive online learning environment.

What We’re Looking For
💻 Expertise & Experience
- 6-8 years of professional experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical fields (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Must be an Amazon Authorized Instructor (AAI).
- Strong teaching experience with adult learners.
🌐 Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, network management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
💬 Communication Skills
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
