Role Overview

As the Lead IT Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of IT service delivery. You’ll offer expert support for production applications and infrastructure, proactively manage system health, and provide round-the-clock troubleshooting to ensure maximum productivity across the organization.

Your expertise will help bridge the gap between IT and business users, enabling faster resolutions, better system uptime, and superior user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • User Application Support: Resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain business-critical applications.

  • Access & Identity Management: Manage user roles in Azure AD, enforce security protocols, and oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.

  • Device & Asset Management: Ensure compliance of end-user devices, track asset lifecycle, and maintain inventory documentation.

  • Service Desk Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for first-line support, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.

  • Monitoring & Compliance: Use tools to proactively monitor systems and enforce device compliance policies.

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice to users, translate technical issues into understandable terms, and offer temporary fixes to meet SLAs.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate alignment with internal teams (security, infrastructure, and application) and keep users informed about system status.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, service reporting, or production support.

  • Strong understanding of business workflows and support handover processes.

  • Proficient in tools like Jira Service Management, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or ServiceNow.

  • Experience with Azure AD, device management, and identity access protocols.

  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of compliance, asset management, and IT best practices.
