The Learner: Administration program is designed for individuals looking to develop foundational skills and practical work experience.
The Role
This 12-month learnership is perfect for individuals who have completed their Grade 12 (Matric) and wish to build a career in administration. The program combines theoretical learning aligned with an NQF Learnership and practical on-site experience to enhance your workplace performance. You’ll gain key skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, and business principles, all while receiving hands-on experience supporting managers and departments.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Participate in the 12-month Learnership program, completing both theoretical and practical components.
🔹 Provide administrative support to improve the efficiency of managers and departmental operations.
🔹 Develop foundational skills in areas like customer service, business operations, entrepreneurship, and accounting.
🔹 Apply your skills in computer literacy, communication, and business principles in a real-world setting.
