Position Overview:
Sasol is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme designed for individuals living with disabilities, where you will gain practical work experience and essential theoretical knowledge. This role will help you develop key skills for professional growth in administration, setting you up for success in the corporate world.

This programme combines both theoretical learning and practical experience in administration. It’s ideal for Grade 12 qualified individuals who want to enhance their skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🗸 Administrative Support: Assist managers and departments with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • 🗸 Workplace Readiness: Participate in on-the-job training and complete various exercises designed to improve your performance and readiness for the workplace.

  • 🗸 Practical Exposure: Gain firsthand experience in a professional work setting while developing key skills such as time management, communication, and coordination.

Theoretical Component:

Throughout the learnership, you’ll be exposed to a structured curriculum that includes:

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Business Operations

  • Customer Service

  • Business Accounting

  • Maths Literacy

  • Communication Skills

  • Computer Skills

Core Requirements:
