💼 About the Opportunity

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an incredible opportunity for individuals with disabilities to gain valuable experience through a 12-month Learnership in Human Resources. This initiative forms part of our commitment to skills development and workplace inclusion.

As a learner, you will engage in both formal classroom training and structured on-the-job experience, supported by mentors and HR professionals. The aim is to empower you with the skills and knowledge to launch a successful career in business administration and HR.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Complete the National Certificate: Business Administration (NQF 3)
✔️ Participate in formal learning sessions and workplace experience
✔️ Provide administrative support across various HR functions
✔️ Deliver tasks during peak periods and staff absences

📚 Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40%)

• Fluent in English and at least one other South African language

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

• 📌 South African Citizen

• 📌 Must be unemployed

• 📌 Age: 18–34 years

• 📌 Must be an Equity Candidate living with a disability

• 📌 Able to present a valid medical record detailing the disability

• 📌 Willing to commit to a full-time 12-month programme

• 📌 Not currently enrolled in full-time studies

• 📌 Must not have completed this NQF level learnership previously

• 📌 Clear criminal and credit record
