Job Overview
The 2026/2027 Unemployed Learnership is a structured 12-month programme designed to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and hands-on workplace experience in logistics and supply chain operations. Successful learners will work toward achieving an Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5), enhancing their employability within the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain industries.
This programme is ideal for motivated, unemployed youth who are eager to gain industry exposure, develop professional skills, and build a foundation for a long-term career in supply chain management.
Responsibilities

Participate in structured classroom-based learning sessions one week per month.

Complete practical workplace training in an operational logistics environment.

Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world supply chain and logistics activities.

Maintain consistent attendance and meet programme performance requirements.

Prepare for and write the EISA examination at the end of the learnership.

Adhere to workplace policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards.

Work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, with overtime when operationally required.
Qualifications
Education

Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% pass rate.
Experience

No prior work experience required.

Must be unemployed at the time of application and programme commencement.
