Job Overview
The 2026/2027 Unemployed Learnership is a structured 12-month programme aimed at unemployed youth who are eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain operations. Participants will work towards obtaining an Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5) while gaining hands-on experience in an operational environment.
This learnership is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping learners with practical skills, industry knowledge, and workplace readiness.
Responsibilities

Attend classroom-based theoretical and practical training one week per month.

Participate in daily operational workplace activities within a logistics environment.

Apply supply chain concepts and procedures in real-world settings.

Complete assessments and learning tasks as required by the programme.

Prepare for and write the EISA examination at the end of the learnership.

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct requirements.

Work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, with overtime when operationally required.
Qualifications
Education

Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% pass rate.
Experience

No work experience required.
