Takealot.com, South Africa’s leading online retailer, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development Facilitator to join our growing Takealot Delivery Team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SOP Support & Compliance:

• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Develop training content and ensure franchise compliance with SOPs.

• Conduct compliance audits and track franchise learning progress.

2. Training Facilitation:

• Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.

• Travel within your designated region to conduct in-person training.

• Analyze training needs, develop learning materials, and implement effective learning strategies.

• Manage logistics, venues, and equipment to ensure seamless training experiences.

• Oversee training budgets and optimize resources for maximum ROI.

• Stay ahead of trends, integrating innovative training methods and technologies.

3. Operational Support:

• Collaborate with operations teams to drive performance improvements.

• Implement solutions for training gaps and service delivery issues.

• Provide weekly reports highlighting performance metrics and recommended actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum NQF 5 qualification in Human Resources, Training Management, or related field.

• Valid South African driver’s license.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Training Coordinator, Supervisor, or Facilitator.

• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Proven success in developing and implementing training programs.

• Advantageous: hospitality/retail franchise experience, learning management system experience, Train-the-Trainer certification, instructional design qualifications.
