🎯 Key Responsibilities

πŸ› οΈ L&D Infrastructure Support:
βœ”οΈ Assist in implementing standardised L&D processes and practices across the organisation
βœ”οΈ Provide learning support for various strategic business initiatives
βœ”οΈ Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable impactful learning delivery

πŸ“š Competence Development:
βœ”οΈ Support in-country learning solutions with guidance from L&D specialists
βœ”οΈ Assist in the CAP (Competency Assessment Process)
βœ”οΈ Evaluate the success of training programs through Return on Investment (ROI)
βœ”οΈ Contribute to the development of impactful training materials

βœ”οΈ Track and monitor progress on L&D projects and initiatives

🧠 Skills, Experience & Education

πŸŽ“ Qualifications:
βœ… Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
βœ… ODETDP Practitioner Certification (Advantageous)

πŸ’Ό Experience:
βœ… 1–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development
βœ… Proven experience in training material development and facilitation
βœ… Experience in implementing large-scale L&D projects
βœ… eLearning content development (advantageous)
βœ… Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
βœ… Experience with LMS365 (advantageous)
