Based in Midrand, this internship is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources and Learning & Development (L&D).
As a Learning & Development Intern, youβll support the execution of business-aligned L&D strategies while gaining exposure to corporate learning initiatives, frameworks, and projects. Youβll be an integral part of a dynamic team driving employee development and performance excellence.
π― Key Responsibilities
π οΈ L&D Infrastructure Support:
βοΈ Assist in implementing standardised L&D processes and practices across the organisation
βοΈ Provide learning support for various strategic business initiatives
βοΈ Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enable impactful learning delivery
π Competence Development:
βοΈ Support in-country learning solutions with guidance from L&D specialists
βοΈ Assist in the CAP (Competency Assessment Process)
βοΈ Evaluate the success of training programs through Return on Investment (ROI)
βοΈ Contribute to the development of impactful training materials
π‘οΈ Governance & Reporting:
βοΈ Track and monitor progress on L&D projects and initiatives
βοΈ Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements in all learning initiatives
βοΈ Generate timely and accurate reports based on customer needs
βοΈ Foster a positive and service-oriented L&D culture
π§ Skills, Experience & Education
π Qualifications:
β
Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
β
ODETDP Practitioner Certification (Advantageous)
πΌ Experience:
β
1β3 yearsβ experience in Learning & Development
β
Proven experience in training material development and facilitation
β
Experience in implementing large-scale L&D projects
β
eLearning content development (advantageous)
β
Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
β
Experience with LMS365 (advantageous)
