As part of our People & Organization (P&O) team, youโll support learning initiatives and drive development in one of the worldโs leading technology companies.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities

Task Coordination & Admin:
Efficiently manage learning-related tasks and maintain high standards across all initiatives.

Commercial & Financial Oversight:
Handle essential finance tasksโpurchase orders, requisitions, invoices, cost transfers, and payment follow-ups.
โ
Application Verification:
Review learning applications and fee statements for accuracy, and engage with employees on discrepancies.
โ
Support Stakeholders:
Provide administrative support to internal staff and external bursars with fast, effective service.
โ
Catalogue & Training Management:
Update the learning catalogue, liaise with training providers, and manage course enrollments.
โ
SETA Collaboration:
Support Skills Development Facilitators with SETA compliance and reporting duties.
โ
Documentation & Records:
Organize and file training materials, and maintain an accurate learning database.
๐ Minimum Requirements
๐ Education:
-
B.Com in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or Training

OR National Diploma in Human Resources, Skills Development, or L&D
-
NQF Level 5+ in Training & Development (advantageous)
๐ Certifications (Beneficial):
-
Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Certification
-
Facilitator Certification (ETDP SETA)
๐ Experience:
-
0โ1 year in Learning & Development admin or training coordination
-
Experience with SDPs, WSPs, and financial processes (advantageous)
๐ง Skills & Competencies
๐ฅ Technical:

Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

Knowledge of LMS/TMS systems

Strong reporting and data management skills

Fluent in English
