This 12-month internship offers unemployed graduates practical exposure in Learning & Development, allowing interns to build skills in training coordination, HR development, and business administration while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate forestry environment.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing training programmes

  • Support employee learning and development initiatives

  • Coordinate and track training activities and schedules

  • Prepare training materials and documentation

  • Support HR and business administration projects

  • Monitor and report on training outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and learning frameworks


📚 Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Training, or ETDP Certificate

Experience:

  • No prior work experience required; must be an unemployed graduate

  • Ability to work independently and in teams
