MPRTC is seeking a Learning Development Practitioner to champion skills development, support departmental training initiatives, and ensure learning interventions align with business strategy. 🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through consultation with department managers.

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet organizational goals.

• Ensure all learning interventions are compliant with legislative and accreditation standards.

• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.

• Maintain training records, plans, and schedules for audit readiness.

• Provide support during skills audits and training report submissions (e.g., WSP & ATR).

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Matric (NQF Level 4)

• A qualification in OD-ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices) or similar.

• HR Diploma or Degree (advantageous)

• At least 3 years’ experience in training or learning and development roles.

• Proficient in training administration, scheduling, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
