You will play a key role in transforming financial literacy by designing, delivering, and optimizing impactful training programmes for both internal staff and the broader South African community.


What You’ll Do:

✔ Create dynamic and engaging learning environments that promote participation and delegate satisfaction
✔ Deliver consumer financial education workshops with a focus on behavioural change and sustainability
✔ Help communities and employees transfer financial knowledge into real-world action
✔ Continuously assess programme effectiveness and refine training content
✔ Collaborate with teams to improve and roll out educational initiatives


🧠 Your Expertise Includes:

✔ Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree preferred)
✔ At least 2 years of experience in a learning facilitator or training role
✔ Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language (e.g., isiZulu, Setswana, Sesotho)
✔ Outstanding communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with an engaging and adaptive facilitation style
✔ Passion for financial literacy and empowering diverse communities
✔ Strong time management, independence, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to remain objective without promoting specific financial products
✔ Digital fluency – comfortable using PowerPoint and other presentation tools

📊 Assist with HR data analytics to drive insights and engagement
🎯 Design and deliver L&D programmes across various levels
🔍 Conduct learning needs analyses and tailor content to bridge skills gaps
📁 Prepare training documentation and reports
🗂 Support the development and delivery of learning centres
💡 Stay current with learning trends, tech tools, and educational practices
📋 Perform HR data processing and provide support to colleagues
