What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Regional Learning & Talent Execution

Lead the delivery of onboarding, learning, and talent initiatives tailored to regional and global strategies.

Support design and continuous improvement of policies, systems, and processes.

Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and post-project evaluation.
✔️ Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.

Develop and deliver high-impact communications and learning materials.

Champion change management through well-structured feedback loops and training.
✔️ Learning Needs Analysis & Program Design

Conduct regional learning needs assessments across teams and individuals.

Translate insights into engaging, measurable learning interventions.

Balance internal development efforts with the strategic use of third-party vendors.
✔️ Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Enhance operational workflows and reporting mechanisms.

Foster a culture of agile learning, experimentation, and performance delivery.

Stay ahead of L&D trends to evolve regional strategies in alignment with global standards.
Key Competencies We’re Looking For:

A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and within a collaborative team culture.

A strong communicator, capable of simplifying complexity and influencing senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in delivering talent development programs in matrixed or global environments.

Hands-on experience in learning design, facilitation, blended learning, and coaching.

High emotional intelligence and resilience in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

Solid understanding of organisational development principles and ROI-driven L&D practices.

Confident with project management tools, HRIS, authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
