Job Overview
The Leasing Administrator Internship is part of SHRA’s Graduate Internship Programme, designed to give unemployed young graduates (under 35) practical workplace experience. Interns will gain exposure to leasing processes, tenant management, rental collections, and general administrative duties in a structured, two-year programme.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage leasing documentation

Leasing Process: Assist with tenant agreements, onboarding, and lease management

Rental Collections: Support rental billing, payments tracking, and collections

Tenant Management: Communicate with tenants, resolve inquiries, and assist with disputes

General & Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide administrative support as required
Qualifications
Education:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
Skills & Competencies:

Computer literacy and administrative skills

Attention to detail and organisational ability

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:

No prior work experience required; academic projects or volunteering experience is advantageous
