The International Hotel School (a division of Invictus Education Group) is seeking a passionate Culinary Arts Lecturer to join its academic team in Sunninghill. 📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on culinary training and theory lessons

• Facilitate assessments including vocational, POE, and practical assessments

• Prepare learners for careers in the hospitality industry

📚 Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• NQF Level 5 qualification in Culinary Arts / Hospitality (essential)

• City and Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation, Cooking, or Patisserie (advantageous)

• Assessor Certification (essential)

• CATHSSETA scoping (beneficial)

• 5+ years of practical industry experience

• 2+ years teaching or lecturing experience

• Strong understanding of academic compliance in vocational education

• Proficient in technology, apps, and teaching software

• Experience in vocational assessment and POE implementation

• Knowledge of curriculum development and student evaluation
