🚀 Role Purpose:

As a Legal Advisor, you’ll be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing legal documents and commercial contracts. You’ll also support internal teams on various legal matters and ensure that the company is protected through robust legal governance.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

• Provide timely legal advice and opinions across departments.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support various legal projects and initiatives.

• Update and maintain the Universe of Laws and contract templates.

• Manage contract storage and tracking of key contractual terms.

• Ensure legal compliance in all contractual engagements.

• Assist in procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor evaluations.
