🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) recovery claims

• Apply knowledge of the Apportionment of Damages Act

• Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency within the Legal Department

• Manage Legal Liability and Recovery Ratios

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and third parties

• Compile reports and perform administrative functions

• Ensure compliance with legal and operational procedures

• Participate in risk management and quality control processes

✅ Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Short-Term Insurance (STI) industry

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Liabilities and/or Recoveries (Motor Vehicle Accident claims preferred)

• Strong legal knowledge of MVA claims and liability apportionment
