JOB OVERVIEW

The Licensing Intern will support the Licensing team in regulatory operations, help desk functions, and stakeholder engagements.
-
This role provides exposure to cross-border transport policies, account registration processes, and administration within a regulated public sector environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Assist with help desk activities related to licensing queries.
-
Conduct research on cross-border transport policies and regulations.
-
Provide administrative support to the Licensing team.
-
Engage with operators to assist with registration and application submissions on the CrossEasy Permit System.

Support stakeholder engagements and communications.
-
Maintain attention to detail and ensure confidentiality in all tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.

Bachelorβs Degree or National Diploma in Transport Economics or related qualifications.
Skills & Competencies
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

High attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
