🧭 What This Role Offers

As a Lifecycle Specialist – Contract Management, you’ll join Remote’s Employee Lifecycle Team during an exciting period of global growth. You’ll oversee contract management and HR compliance operations across 80+ countries, ensuring high standards of service, legal compliance, and seamless employee experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employment contract modifications and amendments globally.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employee documentation (contracts, letters, forms, etc.) with speed and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with payroll, legal, benefits, offboarding, and government bodies to ensure compliance.

  • Draft and tailor HR documents while safeguarding data privacy.

  • Ensure internal documentation stays up-to-date and globally compliant.

  • Guide clients and internal teams with clear, practical HR support across jurisdictions.

  • Use HR tools like Notion, Zendesk, G-Suite, and Remote’s HRIS for daily operations.

  • Proactively identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate asynchronously with a globally distributed team.

✅ What You Bring

  • 3+ years in HR Advisory, HR Operations, or as an HR Business Partner.

  • Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle and employment law in global contexts.

  • Confident communicator with strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

  • Experience in fast-paced, asynchronous environments—start-up or remote culture a plus.

  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Tech-savvy and process-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.

💸 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $26,350 – $59,300 USD (based on location & experience)
