🚛 About the Role
Premier is looking for a Loader to join our team in Temba, Gauteng. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate loading and offloading of bread on-site. If you have experience in an FMCG environment and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Load bread according to the picking slip
✔ Follow the pipeline loading sequence
✔ Conduct tray counts and balance trays in the truck
✔ Participate in daily invocoms
✔ Ensure quality bread is loaded
✔ Maintain correct stock rotation (FIFO method)
✔ Report any loading-related issues to management
✔ Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 months in a similar role within the FMCG industry
💡 Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong organizational understanding
✔ Familiarity with business processes, rules, and procedures
✔ Effective written and verbal communication skills
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Numerical ability for stock management
✔ Ability to work well in a team environment
✔ Strong accountability and sense of urgency
✔ Commitment to continuous improvement
⏳ Working Hours & Requirements
✔ Must be available to work until the last truck is loaded
✔ Will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
✔ Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
