Job Overview
The Logistics Management Graduate (TFS OF-Returns) role is designed for graduates seeking practical exposure to reverse logistics, data-driven supply chain operations, and fulfilment network coordination. The programme enables graduates to work directly with operational hubs, systems, and stakeholders while developing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Graduates will gain hands-on experience managing returns flow, supporting hub operations, analysing performance data, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the movement of returned stock through the Takealot logistics network

Monitor and manage aging returns to minimise operational backlogs

Support and manage assigned hubs in executing daily operational tasks

Complete and manage assigned Zendesk tickets related to returns operations

Analyse operational data and provide feedback on key process blockers

Maintain and manage operational tracking sheets and reporting tasks
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives within returns logistics
Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
