Job Overview

The Logistics Management Graduate (TFS OF-Returns) role is designed for graduates seeking practical exposure to reverse logistics, data-driven supply chain operations, and fulfilment network coordination. The programme enables graduates to work directly with operational hubs, systems, and stakeholders while developing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Graduates will gain hands-on experience managing returns flow, supporting hub operations, analysing performance data, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the movement of returned stock through the Takealot logistics network

• Monitor and manage aging returns to minimise operational backlogs

• Support and manage assigned hubs in executing daily operational tasks

• Complete and manage assigned Zendesk tickets related to returns operations

• Analyse operational data and provide feedback on key process blockers

• Maintain and manage operational tracking sheets and reporting tasks

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within returns logistics

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced operational environment
