🎯 Role Overview

As the EBM Machine Operator, you will report directly to the Shift Leader and oversee the daily operations of extrusion blow molding machines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality plastic containers that meet strict quality and safety standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EBM machines to ensure product quality and production efficiency

• Restore and adjust automated controls (tray formers, leak testers, palletizers)

• Assist with technical activities including mold changes, equipment cleaning, and line setup

• Perform quality checks (e.g., visual inspections, weight verifications) using measuring instruments

• Complete documentation for quality outcomes and control forms

• Load hoppers with raw materials and supply packaging materials to lines using manual or electric forklifts

• Pack, label, stack, and palletize finished products for storage

• Participate in defect sorting, waste reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with workplace safety standards

• Act as Deputy Shift Leader when required

🧠 Technical Skills Required

• Working knowledge of plastic molding technologies: EBM / SBM / Injection Molding

• Skilled in using measuring instruments and conducting quality checks

• Familiar with operation of forklifts (manual and electric)

• Applied understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems

• Awareness of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) standards

• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
