We’re seeking a skilled Machine Setter to operate, optimize, and maintain our extrusion blow moulding machines, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient production in line with our global standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned machines safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Produce consistent, high-quality products in accordance with operational standards.

• Optimize machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure all raw materials are available, inspected, and defect-free before use.

• Perform minor repairs on moulders as needed.

• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and ensure tools are in working condition.

• Support training and development for Machine Operators under the direction of the Production Manager.

• Report any risks related to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, or Health and Safety Management systems—especially for food-contact production.

• Promote and maintain continuous awareness of safety, quality, and compliance standards.

👤 What You Bring:

• Matric/Grade 12 essential.

• Technical qualifications with experience in plastic processing.

• Hands-on experience in Extrusion Blow Moulding and/or Toolmaking, Mechanics, or Electrical/Electronic systems.

• Ability to train others and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Flexible work availability and ability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
