NTT DATA is seeking a Managed Services Client Service Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As the first point of contact for clients and vendors, youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in providing technical support, logging and diagnosing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Receive, log, validate, and diagnose client requests related to a wide range of products and services.

  • Incident Management: Provide a first-call resolution when possible and ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved tickets, maintaining an excellent client experience.

  • Service Desk Tools: Utilize MS tools and knowledge to handle tickets and escalations efficiently, ensuring client expectations are met within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with resolver groups and other internal teams to provide timely updates to clients and ensure efficient resolution of issues.

  • Reporting: Generate reports related to ticket breaches and aging to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

  • Knowledge Building: Identify gaps in the current processes, create knowledge articles, and recommend improvements for better service delivery.
