📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, receiving and diagnosing service requests via calls, chats, and tickets.

  • Incident & Request Management: Log, validate, and manage client requests in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) using standard tools and procedures.

  • Resolution & Support: Offer first-call resolution where possible, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Build knowledge articles for future reference.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and resolver groups to ensure client issues are addressed promptly and accurately.

  • Reporting: Produce breach and aging reports for tickets to ensure service standards are met.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in current procedures and recommend solutions for better service delivery.
