About the Role: Management Accountant

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Management Accountant to support our GSS Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate financial and management reporting, enable effective cost performance tracking, and support decision-making across service lines.

As a trusted financial partner, you’ll ensure accurate monthly reporting, assist in budgeting and forecasting, manage cost allocations, and help maintain financial controls in a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Technical and Financial Reporting

• Produce monthly management accounts, accruals, recharges, reallocations, and labour costing for GSS EMEA.

• Support capital expenditure processes and reporting.

• Maintain asset registers and oversee related accounting for GSS EMEA.

• Prepare forecast submissions and annual budgets alongside the Financial Superintendent.

• Engage with management to ensure reported costs align with actual service line activities.

• Complete monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

💼 Commercial Support

• Provide cost management insights for GSS EMEA, including performance tracking and budget reviews.

• Ensure timely and accurate client recharges in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

🤝 Collaboration & People Engagement

• Partner with the SMR team to maintain and enhance cost dashboards.

• Assist with stakeholder requests for new cost reporting tools and dashboards.

• Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Membership with a professional body (CA, CIMA) is a strong advantage

💼 Experience:

• Prior experience in management accounting

• Knowledge of SAP Finance systems

• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation

• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models

💻 Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• High attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment
