Role Overview:
As a Manager I, Training, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the training efforts within the organization. You will play a key role in managing training operations, improving workforce preparation, and maintaining consistent performance standards across client programs. This role involves developing a skilled team, coordinating training schedules, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Team Leadership and Development
- Cultivate a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continually enhance their skills and contribute to the organization’s growth.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to develop new trainers and ensure they are equipped with the skills to deliver high-quality training.
- Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with trainers to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
🔹 Training Coordination and Implementation
- Coordinate and implement training programs to ensure workforce readiness for client projects.
- Manage the training schedule, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational needs.
- Maintain and develop training materials, workbooks, and resources to ensure trainers have the necessary tools to succeed.
🔹 Collaboration and Relationship Building
- Work closely with Training Managers, Operations, and other Concentrix managers to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in training programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to optimize performance and reduce costs through training initiatives.
🔹 Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and evaluate the success of training programs, ensuring they meet organizational goals and client needs.
- Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, team progress, and areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
🎓 Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a training, quality, or operational role.
💡 Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate training programs and performance feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage schedules, reports, and training documents.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate a team of trainers.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships across departments and with clients.
