💼 About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, People Business Partner to support our EMEA team. This role is a strategic HR position, helping align business objectives with people solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on HR-related matters and ensuring a strong business and talent strategy.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Support Go-To-Market teams in EMEA, with future scope expanding to R&D and G&A teams
✔️ Execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives
✔️ Consult on global expansion efforts, including due diligence processes
✔️ Partner with People Business Partners and other People Group teams to implement HR policies
✔️ Provide expert guidance on HR compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements in EMEA
✔️ Collaborate with Work Councils on employment-related matters
✔️ Use data-driven insights to forecast issues and drive organizational success
✔️ Lead workforce planning, restructuring, and succession planning efforts
✔️ Drive key Talent Programs, including Annual Talent Assessment and Compensation Reviews
✔️ Champion company-wide HR initiatives and talent strategies
🔹 What You Bring:
✔️ Proven People Business Partner experience in a technology company
✔️ Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations
✔️ Experience working with Work Councils and regional HR compliance
✔️ Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive meaningful results
✔️ Experience in remote work environments and global talent strategies
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
