🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

• Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including KPIs and SLA compliance.

• Compile, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Handle client queries, discrepancies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Plan and manage staff leave, training, and induction.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure resource optimization.

• Lead staff performance management, growth, and motivation.

• Conduct site meetings, manage risk, and maintain compliance with company procedures.

• Ensure quality control and process improvements are effectively implemented.

✅ Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 5+ years of operational experience in logistics or courier environments

• Advanced computer literacy, especially in MS Office Suite (Excel – pivot tables, charts, formulas)

• In-depth understanding of Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively

• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines

• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and reliable transport

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
