π§© Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver customized banking solutions by understanding small business needs

Apply credit principles and manage risk when building client relationships
β
Track and evaluate financial results using analytical insights
β
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery
β
Plan and manage time and resources effectively to maximize client satisfaction
β
Ensure compliance with Nedbank’s policies and regulatory frameworks
β
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
β
Be part of transformation and sustainability initiatives in line with Nedbankβs values
π Required Qualifications & Experience
π Essential:
βοΈ Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
βοΈ FAIS Regulatory Exam Level 1 (RE1) accreditation
π Preferred:
βοΈ A finance-related Degree or Diploma
π¨βπΌ Experience:
βοΈ 2β3 years in banking or relationship management
βοΈ Experience with Small Business Services products
