π― Purpose of the Role
As Manager: Small Business Services, you will build trusted relationships with clients by offering tailored banking solutions. You will help clients achieve their business goals while managing risk, supporting sustainable growth, and aligning to Nedbankβs strategic vision.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized banking solutions aligned with each client’s needs.

Deeply understand small business environments through proactive relationship management.
β
Apply sound risk principles to client engagements and credit solutions.
β
Analyse financial performance and improve results using data-driven strategies.
β
Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to deliver integrated client solutions.
β
Optimize resources (time, processes, support teams) to add client value.
β
Contribute to compliance, training, and risk standards in line with Group frameworks.
β
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
π Minimum Requirements
π Qualifications:
β Matric / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
β FAIS Regulatory Exam Level 1 Accreditation
β Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Finance or Banking
π§ Experience:
β 2β3 years in a relationship management or banking environment
β Prior exposure to Small Business Services product offerings
