Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Process Solutions

  • Develop creative and practical solutions to enhance existing manufacturing processes.
  • Work on identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses to optimize production.
  • Lead process benchmarking and the reapplication of successful strategies.

Technical Troubleshooting & Process Improvement

  • Build technical troubleshooting capabilities to resolve issues and improve product quality.
  • Define equipment standards and implement new strategies to improve process capability and control.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and apply process improvements that increase efficiency.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process integration and technology implementation.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for complex issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes to align with industry best practices.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).

Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role (internships or entry-level experience is beneficial).
  • Strong communication skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated leadership mentality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
