Key Responsibilities:
✅ Innovative Process Solutions
- Develop creative and practical solutions to enhance existing manufacturing processes.
- Work on identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses to optimize production.
- Lead process benchmarking and the reapplication of successful strategies.
✅ Technical Troubleshooting & Process Improvement
- Build technical troubleshooting capabilities to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Define equipment standards and implement new strategies to improve process capability and control.
- Collaborate with the team to test and apply process improvements that increase efficiency.
✅ Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective process integration and technology implementation.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for complex issues.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes to align with industry best practices.
Job Qualifications:
✔ Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
✔ Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role (internships or entry-level experience is beneficial).
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated leadership mentality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
