Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing and applying innovative engineering solutions to streamline manufacturing processes

• Identifying, analyzing, and eliminating process inefficiencies or losses

• Leading process capability building and control

• Defining and maintaining equipment standards

• Conducting technical benchmarking and adapting best practices

• Providing technical troubleshooting and driving continuous improvement

• Working in multi-disciplinary teams and developing a deep understanding of P&G systems

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)

• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Hands-on experience (internship or projects) in a technical/mechanical or electrical role

• Proven problem-solving skills and a drive for process optimization

• Strong leadership potential, time management, and ability to prioritize independently
