As a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern, you will have the chance to work across key functions, including Making, Packing, and Engineering, where you’ll contribute to developing cutting-edge solutions that improve our manufacturing processes.
Your Responsibilities:
🔍 Process Improvement:

Analyze and investigate current manufacturing or assembly processes.

Design, develop, and manage integrated production systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement lean manufacturing methods to improve productivity and product quality.

Identify and eliminate process losses and build process capability and control.
⚙️ Technical Involvement:
-
Develop solutions to enhance machinery and process systems.
-
Prioritize process improvements and lead the implementation of these innovations.

Benchmark industry standards and improve technical troubleshooting and process performance.
🧑🤝🧑 Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve high-level results.

Engage with different departments to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
-
Currently studying towards an Engineering Degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering).

Open to 2nd & final-year students (3-year qualification) or 3rd & final-year students (4-year qualification).
📅 Availability:

Available for a 6-week internship.
🔧 Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive long-term innovation.

Leadership qualities and the ability to engage diverse teams.

Hands-on experience in Mechanical or Electrical Process roles.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
