Internship Overview

The Market Intelligence and Pricing Intern role supports the Sales team by collecting, analysing, and interpreting competitive market data to inform pricing strategies and product positioning. This internship provides exposure to sales analytics, competitor intelligence, and pricing decision support within a multinational agribusiness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and interpret competitive market and pricing data
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product positioning
Support the Sales team with pricing insights and decision-support analysis
Assist in identifying market trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Translate complex market data into clear, actionable insights
Support pricing reviews and ad hoc commercial analysis projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Strategy

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in BSc Agriculture or an equivalent qualification
Strong academic performance with a minimum of 70% in major subjects
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesise complex information into concise insights
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
