✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Mechanical System Design & Development: Create, implement, and enhance mechanical systems for industrial machinery and transportation solutions.
✔ Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting: Investigate mechanical failures, perform risk assessments, and ensure machinery efficiency.
✔ Preventive Maintenance & Compliance: Implement Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act regulations.
✔ Project Planning & Documentation: Develop models, prototypes, and mechanical diagrams while aligning processes with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
✔ Collaboration & Reporting: Work with cross-functional teams, prepare technical reports, and support commissioning of tools and machinery.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: B.Eng/BSc/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Essential).
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, MS Project, and other engineering software.
📅 Experience: Strong background in mechanical systems, risk assessment, and preventive maintenance.
📜 Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety regulations, and mechanical process optimization.
💬 Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.
